The party date has changed to accommodate the Pub’s schedule.

The party is now on Wednesday June 25, 2025 from 5pm to 7 pm. Please let your friends in Wisdom|crew know that we are meeting.

B. D. Riley’s is throwing us a party and all Wisdom|crew members are welcome!

June 18th, from 5-7 pm at the pub. We will have a free drink, hors d’oeuvres and good community. Please put this on your schedule and come enjoy the group.

Its about time to review and reflect.
We’ve lost some of our members and gained quite a few. The last member to sign up was #218.

We are still doing B. D. Riley’s on Thursday’s from 2pm to 4pm and have a regular group. But I am beginning to wonder what more can a group of mature adults do to foster community. We work with Sara Morgan who is trying to create a “Blue Zone” in the Mueller Community and work with the Middle School to get bikes for students to ride to school.

We are working towards the development of a Community Center and a place to age in the neighborhood.

We recently had our 171st member sign up for the Wisdom|crew card. Not all of the people who have signed up still live in the neighborhood or are still active. But we do have a cadre of at least 30 that are very active and use the card frequently.

It has been a hard time since March 2020, but it looks like we are beginning to get back towards normal. The Wisdom|crew is meeting at B.D.Riley’s again on Thursdays at 2-4 and last week we had about 10 people around two tables on the patio.

If you have gotten your full course of vaccinations please feel free to join us at the pub. If you haven’t then we request that you mask up and practice social distancing. But there is room for you on the patio too.

We have a habit of celebrating each month’s birthdays on one Thursday. This month of May 2021 that will be on Thursday May 26. We have quite a few birthdays to celebrate and we will have cake!
